He holds an LLM in Public Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Having started my career as a lawyer in corporate law, I currently focus on regulatory and environmental issues. In my experience at Empresa Nacional del Petróleo I advised as in-house counsel on various public and environmental law matters.
Subsequently, I completed an LLM at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a specialisation in Public Law, with a focus on regulatory and environmental law, and wrote my thesis on the subject, entitled: ‘The criminalisation of environmental offences in Chile: a proportional and effective tool for environmental protection?
